Job Description:
 

1. Perform quality control inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
2. Review and analyze production processes to identify potential areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency.
3. Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality assurance activities for documentation and reporting purposes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
5. Develop and maintain quality control procedures, protocols, and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate adherence to quality management systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Investigate customer complaints or quality incidents, analyze root causes, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
8. Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control processes, standards, and best practices.
9. Stay informed about industry standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in quality control to proactively address compliance issues and incorporate best practices.

Job Requirements:


 

• Proven 2-3 work experience as a Quality Control Specialist.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality control.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
