Our client in the FMCG, Food and Beverage production and is looking for
Job Description:
- Develop and implement food safety protocols and standards, including HACCP, to ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations.
- Conduct regular food safety inspections operations to ensure that all food is being handled and stored properly.
- Respond to food-related incidents, such as food poisoning, and conduct investigations to determine the cause and implement corrective actions.
- Manage food waste by developing and implementing a food waste management program.
- Collaborate with the QHSE Manager and other stakeholders to establish and maintain a program of continuous improvement in food safety management.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in food safety regulations and ensure compliance with these regulations in the company F&B operations.
- Assist in implementing safety initiatives.
- Food safety incident reports: documenting any incidents related to food safety that occur within the company F&B operations.
- Food safety inspection reports: documenting the results of regular food safety inspections of the compay F&B operations.
- Compliance reports: ensuring that the company is meeting all relevant food safety regulations and laws.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture food science department or vet.
- HACCP Certified or Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
- Proven experience as a food safety auditor or food safety inspector in Hospitality field.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English language.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations, data analysis and risk assessment.
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
- Naturally collaborative and able to quickly build effective working relationships and influence across the organization and with external partners to improve practices.
- Resilient and able to manage competing priorities.
