Job Description:
- Supporting Technical/Functional in application or other manufacturing-related software & Hardware.
- Collaborate and work closely with production managers, engineers, and other team members in production Line.
- Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization and Production.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Manage, support and Install CCTV Systems
- Implement and install Complete Computer Systems and tools.
- Carry out Software and Hardware Technical Support Services.
- Provide Antivirus Software solutions and all necessary security systems.
- IT First line support activities (Help Desk).
- Installation of networks to ensure achieving goals.
- Help desk agent (solve daily issues for normal users (Internet, network share, printers, scanners, office application…).
- Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components.
- Establish, build & maintain the company’s’ data networks (Computer Network, network, Security systems network (Access control, Surveillance systems…).
- Install data network cables (computer & Security networks).
- Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs.
- Terminate and test UTP cables.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Good command English.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in computer and printer hardware.
- Ability to follow technical procedures accurately.
- Ability to work within industrial facilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Technical reporting skills.
- CCNA & MSCE is preferred.
- experience with CCTV Camera installation and implantation.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding of diverse computer systems and network
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
